This monthly newsletter is for all of our buyers to keep you updated on the progress/developments of the Ocean Waves Condos project. We hope this message finds you well and filled with anticipation for the incredible journey we’re on together. First and foremost, we’d like to extend a heartfelt welcome to all our new homeowners and a warm embrace to our steadfast supporters who’ve been with us from the start. Your patience and commitment have been invaluable, and we’re excited to continue this journey together.

GOOD NEWS!

Here’s a quick overview of the positive developments that have been unfolding at Ocean Waves Condos:

1. Electrical Connection: We’re excited to announce that the preparation for the meter structure is complete, awaiting Naturgy to connect the permanent electrical connection. As they await transformers, a new post has been installed next to the electrical meter structure. (See photos!)

2. Permanent Water System: We’ve installed a 10,000-liter tank and cistern pump for a reliable water supply. All 12 units are now connected, providing us with consistent access to clean, well water.

3. Titling Process: We’ve embarked on the titling process, beginning with obtaining approval from MIVIOT for all 20 units. While this process can take 6-9 months, we’re pushing for an expedited timeline. The goal is to title each individual condo through the public registry, ensuring that any legal obstacles are resolved along the way.

MORE GOOD NEWS...

4. Building Progress: In the last two months, we’ve made significant progress on Buildings B and C. Natural Builders and our dedicated subcontractors have been hard at work, and we’ve completed four more units, bringing the total to 8. Building B is now estimated to be 75% complete, with an expected finish date in the next four months.

AND FINALLY...

5. Exciting Developments: With the approaching dry season, we’ll soon commence work on the eagerly awaited pool and social area. We expect to have this completed by April 2024. Afterward, we’ll turn our focus to the perimeter fence and parking area. Once these elements are in place, we’ll be gearing up for Phase 2, including the remaining eight units and the pickleball court.

6. New Beginnings: We’re thrilled to introduce you to the new name, website, and marketing campaign of Ocean Waves Condos. Despite the bumps along the way, your unwavering support is helping us transform this project into a grand success. We invite you to remain part of our growing community as we work together to make this vision a reality.
